Job summary

Brightwork Ltd, part of the Staffline Group, is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to cover your local territory, generate warm leads and close sales in a customer-facing role. You will build relationships, manage a personal sales pipeline, and hit targets while representing a reputable employer that values training and progression.

A full UK driving licence is required, and you will work primarily in the field.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales, door-to-door sales, or direct sales experience.
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A resilient, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• A full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Identifying and converting warm sales opportunities through direct customer engagement
