Job summary

Optima Site Solutions Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join a growing team across the UK. You will be the face of the company, presenting products and services to new customers in your area while driving revenue through doorstep and in-field engagements.

This full-time role requires a valid UK driving license and a company-provided vehicle. Expect uncapped commissions, training, and opportunities for progression as earnings are driven by performance.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of sales experience.
• Face-to-face sales is a must.
• Desirable door-to-door sales experience but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A full UK driving license and own vehicle.

Field Sales Representative

Basic Salary £25,000 (£50,000-£65,000 OTE in Year 1)

Optima are actively searching for multiple Field Sales candidates to come and join a client of ours who are growing at a rapid rate across all parts of the country working within an exciting up and coming sector. If successful you will be joining an already established sales team where your role is to be the ‘face’ of the company, representing their brand within your area and introducing their products and services to potential new customers. As this is a full-time, field-based sales role you must hold a Full UK Driving License as a company car will be provided.

Full Time Package

• Competitive basic salary of £25,000 + company car.
• Uncapped commission – expected earnings around £60k in first year.
• Top earners are exceeding £80k in the last 12 months.
