Teya is seeking a field-based sales professional in the UK to join our fast-scaling fintech serving local businesses on the high street.

You don't need a sales track record—hunger, coachability and potential matter most. We provide structured onboarding, hands-on coaching and clear progression as you build real commercial skills.

Earn competitive base salary plus commission with on-target earnings of £60k–£80k in year one, in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• High activity orientation with a coachable mindset.
• Ability to build rapport and win new business.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your defined territory through outreach, networking, referrals and face to face meetings
• Meet business owners to understand their needs, challenges and goals, and recommend relevant Teya products and solutions.
• Learn and apply Teya's value-led sales methodology to win new business and achieve performance targets
• Develop positive, long-term customer relationships that support market penetration, growth and retention.
• Develop strong knowledge across Teya's products and solutions through our structured training programme
• Share insights from the field to help improve our products and customer experience
• Represent Teya as a credible, professional and values-led ambassador within your territory
• Build positive, long-term customer relationships that support growth and retention
