The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Customer Development Executive to promote the Walls portfolio across Cornwall and surrounding areas. You will build strong customer relationships, drive in-store execution, and expand distribution with data-driven insights.

With a 29,000 base salary, a 10% bonus potential, lunch allowance, and a company vehicle, you’ll join a leading ice cream brand known for quality and iconic products. Must have a full UK driving license and be able to commute.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in FMCG or field sales is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to identify and win new high-potential accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with data to drive decisions and KPIs.
• Must have full UK driving licence and be able to commute to Cornwall.

Aufgaben

• Build strong relationships with independent customers and understand their needs.
• Drive in-store execution, ensuring availability and visibility of products.
• Create and deliver a territory business plan to grow distribution.
• Track performance using data and KPIs to improve results.
• Manage CAPEX assets like freezers and POS where required.
• Support Joint Business Plans with retail channels at store level.
• Maintain accurate systems, reporting, and compliance tasks.
