Job summary

Acosta Europe is hiring a Field Sales Executive to represent Nestlé Grocery across the North Hampshire & Surrey Borders Territory. You will drive in-store visibility, execute promotions, and build relationships with retailers to maximise sales and performance.

The role offers a base salary of £27,838.14 with quarterly commission potential up to £2,783.81 and a total target earnings around £30,621.95 per year, with company car, fuel card and tech provided. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths are required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using 360 and Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of retail systems and promotional execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits to deliver core KPIs.
• Create in-store displays and interventions to drive incremental sales.
• Build relationships with store colleagues to secure display space.
• Ensure promotions and product launches are executed flawlessly.
• Capture data and report activities through 360.
• Provide feedback on competitor behaviour and market trends.
• Use sales insights to take proactive actions in-store.
