Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Executive to represent Nestlé across major retailers. You will drive brand visibility, maximize in-store execution and use insights to boost territory performance.

We look for attitude, energy and potential over years of experience. A full UK driving licence is required, and the role involves visits to Bath, Wells and Yeovil territory with a base salary circa £30k plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths are required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport.
• Proactive approach with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits to deliver KPIs.
• Create in-store displays and interventions to drive incremental sales.
• Build relationships with store colleagues to secure space and displays.
• Ensure promotions and launches are executed accurately.
