Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Territory Customer Experience Manager for Crop Care & Precision Tech to help customers and partners maximize outcomes. You will develop dealer capabilities, support product adoption and improve satisfaction across Crop Care and Precision Tech solutions in the North of England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in agriculture or related fields.
• Experience in agriculture, crop care equipment or precision farming.
• Experience in customer support and field support.
• Ability to travel within territory to dealers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel partners’ product support capabilities along the customer success journey.
• Strengthen dealer readiness for Crop Care solutions including sprayers, connected machines and related precision technology.
• Deliver product technical training to channel partners, company employees and customers.
• Support resolution of product and performance issues with internal stakeholders, channel partners and customers.
• Support dealer locations through planned business travel, field visits, customer engagements and hands-on support activities.
• Drive customer adoption and successful utilization of Precision Tech and digital solutions.
