Job summary

Charlies Ag & Turf in Wales is seeking a GPS/Precision Ag Specialist to join our busy team based at Coed Y Dinas, Welshpool. The role supports customers with all aspects of the John Deere precision ag portfolio, and full training will be provided.

Key duties include in-field demonstrations, pre-delivery setup and installation of Precision Ag equipment, helping customers analyse data to make data-driven decisions, promoting activations and components, and active participation in shows and events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agricultural machinery
• Experience of precision ag/ using precision ag
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Present a professional image at all times
• Ability to interact with customers and develop/build a relationship that ultimately delivers a positive, satisfying experience
• Full UK Driving License

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-field demonstrations and enable daily usage of Precision Ag.
• Perform pre-delivery setup and installation of Precision Ag equipment.
• Support customers to analyse their data and enable them to make data driven decisions.
• Promote, configure and sell Precision Ag activations and components.
• Actively participate in all shows and events.
