Job summary

Westwood Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new commercial waste contracts across your territory. This field-based role focuses on winning new customers and building a self-generated pipeline.

You’ll meet decision-makers, present quotations and proposals, and manage the sales cycle from first contact to signed contracts. A strong commission structure and company car are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in new business or field-based B2B sales is preferred.
• Able to build and manage a sales pipeline and convert opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and win commercial waste contracts.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Prospect for new customers via self-generated leads, networking and research.
• Attend face-to-face meetings with potential customers.
