Job summary

Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions is offering an entry-to-mid level Project Development Executive / Sales role to build commercial experience and customer relationships. You will develop opportunities across your North East territory and progress toward a Business Development Manager position.

You will need a full UK driving licence, be confident in face-to-face and phone communication, and be organised to manage your own territory.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Confident communicating with customers face to face and over the phone.
• Organised, motivated and happy managing your own territory.
• Willing to learn and develop through structured progression.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, networking and proactive business development across your North East territory.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow hire revenue and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, working closely with our Service and Projects teams to deliver the right solution for every customer.
• Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM, keeping customer information accurate while identifying future opportunities.
• Promote the wider Dawsongroup offering, introducing customers to additional Business Units whenever appropriate.
