Job summary

Beyond Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic field-based sales professional to develop and grow our presence in targeted regional territories within the UK property sector. You will own your area, build long-term relationships and generate instructions from scratch.

You’ll identify opportunities, network with professionals and referral partners, and drive brand growth with autonomy and backing from a growing, credible brand.

Qualifications

• Proven success in field sales, business development or property-related roles.
• Strong ability to develop opportunities from scratch and manage a territory.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for your territory.
• Build relationships with property professionals, solicitors, agents, investors and referral partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach.
• Conduct property appraisals and client meetings.
• Manage enquiries and guide clients through the process.
• Raise brand awareness through local networking, events and marketing activity.
• Create engaging marketing content, including video walkthroughs.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the client journey.
