Job summary

You will lead and develop the kitchen team, oversee menu development and drive sales through monthly promotions while upholding high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GP management and ability to smash sales targets.
• Proven experience in line management with ability to coach and inspire a high-performing team.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.
• On-the-job experience valued; formal OND/HND is a bonus.
