Qualifications

• Strong leadership to coach and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
• Solid understanding of gross profit management and cost control.
• Commitment to using fresh ingredients and delivering quality food.
• Experience in line-management and staff development.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices is essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities
