Aspens Services is seeking a Chef Manager to take full operational and financial responsibility for a school catering facility in Merstham. You will lead the kitchen team, manage GP and costs, and drive menu development to deliver high-quality meals.

Qualifications

• Strong GP management and budgeting experience.
• Proven line management and team leadership.
• Craft skills with fresh ingredients and quality control.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Financial control: manage stock, food and labour costs.
• Lead and train kitchen staff to deliver excellence.
• Oversee menu development and drive promotions.
• Ensure standards and compliance through audits and proactive management.
