Qualifications

• Strong GP management and ability to hit sales targets.
• Fresh ingredients and high-quality food.
• Proven line management experience.
• Solid health and safety knowledge.
• On-the-job experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Financial control: manage and improve controllable costs (stock, food, labour).
• Lead, coach, train and inspire kitchen team to deliver excellence daily.
• Oversee menu development and drive sales through promotions and events.
• Ensure standards, systems and legislation are met through audits and proactive management.
