Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to cover sites in Dorking and Guildford, term-time only with no weekends. You will manage cooking, food presentation, and ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety, and client standards, while supporting site teams and budgets.

This mobile role requires your own transport. The position offers £15.60 per hour, 27.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year, with opportunities for development through our blended learning and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Term-time only (38 weeks/year)
• Own transport required due to mobile role
• Coverage in Dorking and Guildford area

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meet statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
