Job summary

Caterlink Ltd is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to provide term-time cover across Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire, with a mobile role requiring your own transport. The position offers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only (38 weeks per year).

You will prepare, cook and present high-quality meals, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and support the site with budget monitoring and team supervision. DBS disclosure is required.

Qualifications

• Mobile role – must have own transport.
• Cooking and food presentation to Caterlink standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to standards required by Caterlink and the client.
• Ensure locations meet Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations.
• Enhance Caterlink's reputation for food and service with clients and customers.
• Support day-to-day running of the location and supervise teams including inventories, budgets, and action plans.
