Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to cover sites across Hampshire. The role is term-time only, 38 weeks per year, with no weekends, and a mobile-based position requiring your own transport. Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday.

The role focuses on food preparation to high standards, compliance with health and safety requirements, and supporting location operations, including inventories and budgets, to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering environments
• Ability to work term-time hours
• Own transport or driving licence is preferred

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards
• Ensure locations meet Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations
• Support day-to-day running of the location and supervise teams, inventories and budgets as needed
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for high-quality food and service with clients and customers
