Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to cover North London & Hertfordshire, supporting our existing site-based teams. This term-time only role offers flexibility with no weekends and requires mobility as you will travel between sites.

You will need your own transport; the position involves 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during 38 weeks per year, with fuel costs reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Term-time only position with no weekends.
• Must drive and have access to a car.
• Experience in catering/managing kitchens is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure locations meet Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain Caterlink’s reputation for high-quality food and service with clients and customers.
• Support day-to-day site operations and supervising teams, including inventory checks and budgets.
