Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Relief ChefManager to cover Kingston & Richmond. The role is term-time only with no weekends and a mobile workload requiring your own transport.

Salary starts at £18.00 per hour, with 30 hours per week across Monday to Friday and 39 weeks per year. You will prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink's client standards while ensuring health, safety and food hygiene compliance.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent education completed.
• NVQ or equivalent qualification achieved.
• Progressive background in catering.
• Experience in education catering.
• Level 1 Food Hygiene or higher.
• Strong supervisory experience.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to plan ahead.
• Good communication and delegation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink standards.
• Ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental compliance.
• Uphold Caterlink's reputation for quality and service.
• Support day-to-day location operations and supervise teams; manage inventories and budgets.
