Job summary

Wellington Eagles Primary Academy seeks a Mid-Day Supervisory Assistant to ensure the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils during the midday break. You will work under the direction of the Operations Manager, individually or as part of a team.

The role is permanent, part-time (7.5 hours per week) and term-time only (38 weeks). The salary is NJC Grade B Point 2 (£25,215 FTE) with a pro rata actual salary of £4,283 (£13.07 per hour). Anticipated start date is as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising children during school breaks.
• Ability to follow directions from management.
• Commitment to pupil welfare and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during the midday break and lunch period.
• Support safe conduct and welfare under supervision of the Operations Manager.
