Job summary

Wellington Eagles Primary Academy is seeking a Mid-Day Supervisory Assistant to help secure pupil safety and welfare during lunch breaks. You will work under the direction of the Operations Manager, either solo or as part of a team, ensuring orderly conduct in line with school procedures.

The role is permanent, part-time (7.5 hours per week) during term time (38 weeks). Closing date is 15 November 2026, with an anticipated start date as soon as possible.

Salary: NJC Grade B Point 2 - £25,215 FTE

Actual Salary: £4,283 pro rata (£13.07 an hour)

Contract: Permanent, Part Time (7.5 hours p/w) & Term Time only (38 weeks)
