Job summary

Lime Tree Primary Academy is seeking a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our busy team. The successful candidate will supervise pupils at lunchtime, help with playground activities and ensure safety during the lunch period.

The role is permanent, 7.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday during term time (11:45am-13:15pm). Salary is Local Authority NJC Grade L2 SCP 4 (£26,016 FTE; pro rata £4,564 actual salary) and benefits include a supportive team and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Experience in supervising lunchtime activities preferred but not required.
• Caring and patient nature essential for role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime supervision sessions.
