Job summary

Waldegrave School in Twickenham is seeking a graduate to provide cover supervision for lessons during staff absence, using pre-prepared lesson plans, and to help maintain student engagement and behaviour in line with school expectations.

You will play a key role in the Student Support Hubs (KS3 and 4), offering pastoral and practical support, building positive relationships with students and staff, and helping create a calm, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Organised and adaptable with ability to supervise lessons using prepared plans.
