Waldegrave School in London is seeking a graduate to support lessons, supervise classes using prepared plans, and help maintain a calm, inclusive learning environment during staff absence. You will also play a key role in the Student Support Hubs (KS3 and KS4), offering pastoral and practical support to pupils.
The role is term-time (39 weeks) and 35 hours per week, with a full-time equivalent pro-rata salary in the ranges shown. Starting as soon as possible.
We require an organised person to help provide cover supervision for lessons during staff absence by supervising classes using pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students remain engaged with their learning and that behaviour is managed in line with school expectations. In addition you will be a key member in our Student Support Hubs (KS3 and 4) playing a key role in supporting the day to day running of the Hub, working closely with students and staff to promote a positive, calm and inclusive learning environment. In this role, you will provide pastoral and practical support to students, respond to daily issues as they arise, and build positive relationships that help students succeed.
