Job summary

Roundwood Park School is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our supportive Cover Team. You will supervise classes in the absence of a teacher and ensure the work set is completed to a good standard while upholding our Behaviour for Learning policy.

The successful applicant will be confident with strong interpersonal skills and empathy with young people; we provide extensive training under the supervision of our Lead Cover Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills and empathy with young people are essential.
• Experience in roles with young people is advantageous.
• Extensive training will be provided under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes in the absence of a teacher.
