Job summary

Caterlink is recruiting a Chef Manager for St Finian's School Thatcham to oversee food service during term-time, Monday to Friday. The role focuses on producing nutritionally balanced, tasty meals and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.

You will lead day-to-day operations, manage inventories and budgets, and act as main client contact to drive improvements and KPI achievement while supporting and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering management or school dining is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present meals to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety compliance at the site.
• Maintain Caterlink’s reputation for quality food and service with client and customers.
