Aspens Services is seeking a Chef Manager to take full operational and financial responsibility for a school's catering facility. This role goes beyond the kitchen and requires a visionary leader to deliver the highest quality food and service.

You will lead, coach and inspire your kitchen team, drive menu development and promotions, and guarantee quality and compliance across all standards. DBS disclosure will be sought as part of safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong GP management understanding.
• Experience in line management.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety.
• On-the-job experience is highly valued.
