Coleg Cambria in Deeside is seeking a Chef de Partie to deliver high-quality contemporary cuisine across college catering outlets, including a new restaurant and patisserie. This term-time role offers annualised hours and a 0.7964 FTE with 37 hours per week over 35 weeks.

Competenze

• Basic Food Hygiene qualification required.
• At least 2 years in a kitchen environment at a similar level.
• Excellent knowledge of current trends in food and food production.

Mansioni

• Food production: prepare and present contemporary cuisine for college catering outlets, functions, and events.
• Kitchen & resource management: support the Sous Chef with budgets, portions, and waste reduction.
• Safety & hygiene: maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and health and safety standards.
