Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie for our Epsom site. This term-time role (Monday to Friday) carries a 37-hour week with a salary of £20,500 per annum. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, handling fresh seasonal menus and small-batch production for pupils and staff.

The ideal candidate has CDP or junior sous chef experience, a passion for high-quality food, and the ability to work collaboratively within a school catering environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus.
• Creative and able to showcase your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Work well in a team of chefs providing catering to pupils and teachers.
• Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following brand standards.
• Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.
