Job summary

St George's Hill Lawn Tennis Club in Weybridge is seeking a proactive Tennis Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our tennis offering and enhance the member experience.

You will assist with junior and adult groups, organise tournaments and events, coordinate court bookings, and act as a first point of contact when the Tennis Manager is away.

The role requires strong communication, IT skills, and a passion for tennis, with DBS, First Aid, and safeguarding credentials recommended.

Qualifications

• Assist with day-to-day admin for groups, events, tournaments.
• Coordinate courts, schedules and event logistics.
• First point of contact for member enquiries when Tennis Manager is away.
• Support communications and marketing (newsletters, social media, signage).
• Maintain attendance, payments and registrations via SGH Academy App.
• Monitor court usage and provide reports to Tennis Manager.
• Provide on-the-ground support during events and tournaments.
• Support other racquet sports (table tennis, badminton, pickleball).

Responsibilities

• Assist with member enquiries and DBS/safeguarding compliance when needed.
• Support club communications and social channels (WhatsApp, Instagram).
