Job summary

Primo Marine is seeking a Tender & Proposals Coordinator to support growth by delivering high-quality tenders and proposals on time, aligned with client requirements and Primo's expertise.

You will work with technical, commercial and contracting teams to manage submissions, maintain records and improve processes, with a hybrid setup including 50–75% time in Darlington. The role offers a bonus scheme and access to Primo Academy, plus 30 holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Tender/Proposal/Bid role.
• Excellent organisational skills; manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented; identify missing information, risks and opportunities.
• Experience with tender portals and procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender and proposal opportunities from qualification to final submission.
• Work with technical, commercial and contracting teams to reflect client requirements and Primo's expertise.
• Maintain administration, documentation, databases and submission platforms.
• Continuously improve processes by capturing lessons learned for future submissions.
