Job summary

Marine Resources Limited in Fareham is seeking a Bid/Tender writer to support the preparation and submission of bids, tenders and proposals, ensuring responses are well organised, accurate and delivered on time.

You will work closely with technical, commercial, programme and operational teams to gather information, coordinate contributions and produce professional submissions that showcase the business’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting bids, tenders, proposals or procurement activities.
• Familiarity with tender portals and document-management systems.
• Awareness of UK Government, MOD or public-sector procurement ed.
• Ability to maintain document libraries, trackers or version-controlled records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals and procurement channels, highlighting opportunities for review.
• Support the preparation of bids, tenders, proposals and RFIs.
• Review tender documents and identify submission requirements, deadlines and supporting documentation.
• Maintain bid schedules, checklists and action trackers; coordinate contributors to submissions.
• Coordinate information from technical, commercial, finance and programme teams.
• Compile, format, proofread and edit proposal content for clarity and consistency.
• Arrange bid review meetings and track actions to completion.
• Maintain document version control and bid records.
