PIB Group in Lincoln is seeking a driven Tenant Sales & Retention Executive to join our fast-paced, phone-based sales team. You will make outbound calls to warm leads, present our products, handle objections and close sales, working toward daily and monthly targets to drive revenue growth.

A strong, professional telephone manner and resilience are essential. You will thrive in a high-energy environment, build rapport quickly, and contribute to an excellent customer experience at every stage

Competenze

• Experience in phone-based sales, B2B or B2C preferred.

This is a target-driven role where your energy, resilience and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone will be key to your success.**The Role**You will make outbound calls to warm leads, confidently presenting our products/services, handling objections and closing sales. Working to daily and monthly targets, you’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth and delivering an excellent customer experience at every stage of the sales process.**About You**You will be highly motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally with experience in a phone-based or contact-centre sales environment (B2B or B2C). You’ll be a strong communicator with a professional telephone manner and have the ability to quickly build trust and tailor your approach to different customers.
