Job summary

PIB Group in Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to support the Lettings division. You will manage a portfolio of landlord and letting agent clients, helping them obtain possession of rental properties and recover money owed.

You will draft and issue possession notices, draft claim forms, prepare court bundles, and assist senior paralegals in defended litigation, with a focus on excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in landlord/tenant disputes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft and serve possession notices on tenants renting in England and Wales.
• Draft claim forms and particulars of claim for possession and debt matters; send to court for issue.
• Prepare bundles for court hearings, liaising with the client and attending agent to ensure they have everything they need.
• Support the Senior Paralegals with defended litigation by liaising with clients and policy holders regarding prospects and risks.
