A Tenant Liaison Officer role is available with a well-regarded Social Housing Contractor in Liverpool, supporting kitchen and bathroom replacement works on tenanted properties.

This temporary contract focuses on visitor liaison, inductions, and ensuring tenants are informed about works and timelines. You will be the main contact for tenants and coordinate with neighbourhood housing associations to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a driving licence and access to own transport.
• CSCS Card is desirable for site liaison duties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit tenants in their homes to explain works and timelines.
• Act as main point of contact for tenant queries and issues.
• Coordinate with housing associations and forum meetings.
• Monitor complaints and customer satisfaction throughout the project.
