Job summary

GreenSquareAccord invites applications for a Tenant Liaison Officer located in Birmingham. The role focuses on coordinating appointments, managing contractor access, and supporting refurbishment projects with strong customer-facing duties.

You will maintain relationships with customers and designers, explain processes, document on MRI, and ensure smooth delivery of programmes while liaising with planning teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role within housing desirable.
• Ability to communicate and work with internal and external customers, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels, with varying needs and involve them in the development of services.
• Driving licence is essential to this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to booking in appointments with customers.
• Raise contract orders and supply access details to external contractors.
• Manage contractor relationships.
• Plan work for the operatives on service connect.
• Input information on MRI operating System and collect data.
• Attend prestart surveys with designers.
• Explain the process of works to customers and capture via forms/photos.
• Act as main point of contact and address customer queries.
• Monitor post-inspection satisfaction and complaints.
• Support delivery team through refurbishment process.
• Engage with access procedures and installation programmes; coordinate planning.
