You will be responsible for ensuring that an effective customer service is provided, giving advice about tenancy and leaseholder conditions. That proactive measures are taken to sustain tenancies as well as taking any necessary enforcement action including all legal action.

You will have strong leadership skills, experience of working within a housing related environment including all action for enforcement of tenancy conditions and attendance at court.
