Estate Services is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Caretaking Services Team as a mobile caretaker across Cardiff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and caretaking services to both internal and external communal areas within blocks of flats across the city of Cardiff. This role also involves monitoring fire safety issues and reporting repairs, fly tipping, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy issues on a daily basis.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
We are seeking an individual who is able to drive and collaborate effectively within a team to provide exceptional cleaning services to communal areas in council blocks of flats or hostels. While a relevant professional qualification in cleaning is desirable, training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in domestic or commercial cleaning environments, with familiarity in using industrial cleaning equipment considered an advantage.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, and Community Languages would be an advantage.
This position is suitable for job sharing.

A current, full, and valid driving license is essential for this role.
