Job summary

Sheffield City Council is seeking a supported-operational role in the Housing Service’s Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team. The position emphasizes safeguarding responsibilities and handling information about domestic abuse, safeguarding and criminality.

You will maintain housing records, manage referrals, and support team training. The role is permanent, based on a 24-hour week minimum with potential flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and respond to referrals efficiently.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to keep accurate records.
• Strong written and verbal communication, self-motivated and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team in day-to-day operations.
• Manage inboxes, process referrals and log data in housing systems.
• Extract data from systems and prepare it for use by others.
• Assist in organisation and delivery of training.
