Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd, based in Birmingham, is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to provide advice and assistance to service users to manage and sustain their tenancy.

You will work from our Birmingham offices, supporting vulnerable individuals, and contribute to our values while ensuring tenancy terms are followed so residents can live independently.

Qualifications

• Provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain tenancy in accordance with its terms.
• Based in Birmingham offices.
• Enhanced DBS check required (Adult Only) as part of safeguarding.

Job Title

Tenancy Sustainment Officer

Role Purpose

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in Birmingham.

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households.

We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.

To provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently.

You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos. Please see the job description for more information.
