ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD is recruiting a Housing Officer in Croydon to manage a portfolio of residential properties and serve as the main point of contact for tenants. The role is on a full-time temporary basis with a pay rate of £22.41 per hour.

The successful candidate will deliver tenancy management services, investigate tenancy breaches, handle ASB cases, conduct property visits and audits, and liaise with repairs, legal and community safety teams to resolve issues and protect residents’

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties and be the main contact for tenants.
• Deliver tenancy management services including sign-ups, reviews, successions, assignments and mutual exchanges.
• Investigate and resolve breaches of tenancy agreements per policies and procedures.
• Handle anti-social behaviour cases and coordinate with relevant agencies.
• Conduct tenancy audits, estate inspections and property visits.
• Support residents to sustain tenancies and access appropriate support services.
