Job summary

The Hyde Group in Harrow (covering Harrow and Brent) is seeking a Tenancy Management Officer to lead ASB and tenancy enforcement from start to finish and support safe, well-managed homes across our communities.

You will investigate, assess risk, develop case plans and work with police, local authorities and safeguarding teams to deliver fair, proportionate outcomes while maintaining excellent records and contributing to service improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ASB or tenancy management, ideally within social housing or a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and resolving ASB and tenancy enforcement cases from start to finish
• Conducting investigations, risk assessments and developing clear case plans
• Managing breaches including illegal occupation, abandonment and subletting
• Supporting sensitive cases involving safeguarding, domestic abuse and vulnerability
• Preparing high-quality legal documentation and attending court where necessary
• Working closely with police, local authorities, safeguarding teams and community partners
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy
• Identifying trends and contributing to service improvement and prevention strategies
