Job summary

Hyde is seeking a Tenancy Management Officer to cover Harrow and Brent. You will lead ASB and tenancy enforcement, investigate cases, assess risk, and plan actions to ensure safe, well-managed homes.

You will collaborate with police, local authorities and safeguarding teams, prepare legal documents, and attend court when needed, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance. A frontline role demanding strong communication and fair decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) or tenancy management within social housing or similar regulated settings.
• Strong investigative and case-management capabilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confrontational situations with calm and professionalism.
• Excellent communication to build trust and de-escalate issues with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Leading and resolving ASB and tenancy enforcement cases from start to finish
• Conducting investigations, risk assessments and developing clear case plans
• Managing breaches including illegal occupation, abandonment and subletting
• Supporting sensitive cases involving safeguarding, domestic abuse and vulnerability
• Preparing high-quality legal documentation and attending court where necessary
• Working closely with police, local authorities, safeguarding teams and community partners
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy
• Identifying trends and contributing to service improvement and prevention strategies

What we're looking for

We are seeking someone with strong experience in Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) or tenancy management, ideally within social housing or a similar regulated environment.

You will also bring:

• Strong investigative and case management skills
• Confidence handling complex, sensitive and sometimes confrontational situations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and de-escalate issues
• Experience working collaboratively across agencies and internal teams
• A methodical and evidence-led approach to decision making
• A commitment to delivering fair, proportionate and legally sound outcomes
