Job summary

VanRath is seeking a Temporary Visitor Experience Officer (Part-Time) in Belfast. You will deliver high-quality visitor services, greet and sign in visitors, manage passes, and provide accurate information in a busy public setting.

The role includes occasional tours, event support, and close teamwork with the Visitor Experience team. Uniform is provided and mandatory training is required, including first aid and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• A-levels in two subjects or equivalent qualification.
• GCSEs including English and Maths at minimum standard.
• Minimum two years in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to diverse visitors.
• Greet visitors, sign in, issue passes and manage enquiries.
• Deliver tours and assist with events and visitor programmes.
• Maintain records, process invoices and support meetings.
