Job summary

Volvo Group, Renault Trucks' owner and global leader in sustainable transport, advertises a temporary Vehicle Retail Invoicing Administrator role in Dunstable. The post supports the Central Retail & Warranty team, handling invoicing and administration for Vehicle Retail, Warranty and Contract, with a 40-hour week and potential extra hours at month end.

Pay is up to £30,000 depending on experience; this maternity cover runs to April 2028.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in vehicle retail invoicing and warranty claims (HGV).
Full working knowledge of vehicle warranty and contract processes.
Pension scheme with employer matched contribution up to 5% and retailer discounts.

Responsibilities

Carry out depots invoicing and administration across Vehicle Retail, Warranty & Contract.
Resolve invoice queries quickly and effectively.
Create pro forma documents from work instructions to obtain order numbers before invoicing.
Advise Depot Manager of any cost rejection to enable appropriate action.
Ensure technicians’ paperwork is completed accurately to maximise profitability.
Liaise with Parts department regarding materials to be discarded.
Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) reports to clear workshop instructions ASAP.
Occasionally work Saturday mornings at month end if workload dictates.
