We're looking for a Contract Partner to manage our temporary recruitment contract and neutral vendor partnership. This is not a traditional recruitment role. The primary focus is on managing the relationship with our external neutral vendor provider, ensuring the effective delivery of temporary staffing services across the business. Rather than building relationships directly with recruitment agencies or sourcing candidates, you will act as the key internal lead for contract performance, supplier management, compliance and continuous improvement.
Supported by two Coordinators, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of a multi-million-pound temporary agency worker contract. Acting as the main point of contact for the neutral vendor, you will manage escalated issues, monitor service delivery and produce management information to support business decision-making and improve contract performance.
You will work closely with operational, finance and procurement stakeholders across the organisation, providing insight into temporary labour spend, fulfilment rates, off-contract agency usage, timesheet approvals and compliance. You will also contribute to contract reviews, service improvements, and any future tender processes.
A key part of the role will involve holding the neutral vendor accountable for contractual commitments and service standards through KPI reviews and regular performance meetings. Partnering with stakeholders at all levels across the business, you will influence and challenge where appropriate to ensure adherence to agreed processes, effective use of the temporary recruitment contract, value for money, and consistent application of standard working practices.
