Job summary

Saltrock Kendal is seeking a Retail Supervisor on a 32-hour contract to support the Store Manager and lead a small team in delivering an engaging in-store experience. You will help drive KPI achievement, motivate staff, and ensure top-notch customer service in a coastal lifestyle brand environment.

You’ll oversee visual merchandising, stock, and daily store operations while maintaining a welcoming, safe shopping space for customers in Kendal. Prior retail experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and help to achieve store KPI’s by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance.
• Motivate teams to deliver exceptional service, maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of team members.
• Help achieve sales targets by promoting products and brand.
• Visual merchandising in line with Brand guidelines.
• Maintain a positive in-store environment and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep store clean and safe for customers and staff.
• Provide customers with information about product features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep products tidy and stocked, replenishing as needed.
• Process deliveries promptly.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energeticteam, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers deliveringan excellent experience for them whilst they are in store.

Role

• Monitor and help toachieve store KPI’s by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance
• Motivative team membersto deliver exceptional service, maximising every sales opportunity
• Support Store Manager intraining and development of team members
• Helping to achieve salestargets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand whileprocessing sales transactions with care
• Visual merchandising product in conjunction with Brand guidelines
• Ensuring customers have a positiveexperience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standardthe outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed ourcustomers with information about our product including features and benefitsand stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidyand presentable and replenish as needed
• Process deliveries in timely manner
