Job summary

Saltrock Bridgend is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join the Retail team on a 16 hour contract. You will work with an energetic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in store, support KPI achievement, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

The role involves coaching team members, merchandising, stock replenishment and ensuring a welcoming store environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail and customer service exposure.
• Ability to motivate and manage a small team (desirable).
• Strong visual merchandising awareness and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and help achieve store KPIs by supporting the Store Manager.
• Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maximise sales opportunities.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of team members.
• Assist in achieving sales targets while processing transactions with care.
• Apply visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Create a welcoming store environment and positive customer experience.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for a healthy and safe store.
• Provide product information to customers including features and stock levels.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within schedules.
• Keep product tidy and replenish stock as needed.
• Process deliveries in a timely manner.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You'll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them whilst they are in store.

Role

• Monitor and help to achieve store KPI's by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance
• Motivative team members to deliver exceptional service, maximising every sales opportunity
• Support Store Manager in training and development of team members
• Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Visual merchandising product in conjunction with Brand guidelines
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Process deliveries in timely manner
