Job summary

BP Retail in Nottingham is seeking a temporary Customer Service Assistant for a 6-week initial duration. You will support a fast-paced retail team, handle till operations, prepare beverages and food, and assist with stock and promotions.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and energy to work in a collaborative team.
• On-the-job training provided to develop necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers as a priority.
• Serve customers and operate the till.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food from Wild Bean Café.
• Stock management including deliveries, replenishment and rotation.
• Promote offers, promotions and BP loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties in-store, facilities and forecourt.
